ATS Acoustics is an acoustic room treatment company which makes acoustic panels, bass traps, soundproofing, and other products for sound treating rooms. When I was crafting the art direction and copy for this campaign, I drew from my own experiences as a professional musician to demonstrate in an approachable and easy to understand way how ATS Acoustic’s product range helps audio-oriented creatives filter out the noise they don’t want in their recordings, youtube videos, livestreams, podcasts, etc...so they’re just left with the clear, pure sound that they do want.

ATS Acoustics

Interactive game prototype

Clean up your sound, literally

This interactive game would be self-contained and exist on a page on ATS’s website. In the final version of this game you would use a digitized version of the panels to clean up a sound wave. There would be a visual component where a “messy sound wave” is erased to reveal one of ATS’s custom art panels, which has all the soundproofing and acoustic treatment needs covered in a pretty package. In addition there would also be a sound component where a song would be looping in the background. The song would start out muddy and noisy sounding, becoming clearer and more beautiful the more the “messy” picture is erased. For now, I’ve made a soundless version using Figma (since it doesn’t support audio), which you can view by clicking the button above.

Short Video for Social Media

This video follows a similar idea as the interactive game in the previous section, but is retro-fitted to be suitable for use on an Instagram or Facebook feed.

The following ads would appear on stories on platforms such as Instagram, facebook, or could appear on TikTok and would demonstrate how ATS’s range of acoustic treatment and soundproofing products filter out the stuff you don’t want in your sound by relating them to the use of social media filters.
