The Same Old Song Alt Version Cover Art

I designed this cover art for an alternate version of a song I wrote and recorded after October 2023 called The Same Old Song. I began writing this song shortly after October 7 in response to the ongoing violence and turmoil in Israel-Palestine out of frustration with the zero-sum, polarized, and increasingly extremist rhetoric around this issue. The Same Old Song Alt Version and the cover art I designed to accompany it were my way of expressing the grief and anger that I've been holding as a Jewish person who has lived out there and has loved ones out there on “both sides.” Both versions of The Same Old Song are available on Bandcamp.
